u got liquid in the sphere?
yes. im not too happy with how it looks. once we get our sphere molds it will look much better ... i was also contemplating doing with an agar and gum skin (like the carrot "egg yolk" they have at wd50's sunny side up egg)
right on. have u thought about a capsule? check out Chef Rick Billings, Clio, on starchefs.com. same technique that stupak used on your favorite tv program...
