this dish i am most excited about!! i was always told, you must have a custard on your menu by countless chefs over countless years. i've tried deviated from custards, but guests demanded it!
so i had to give in. this is how i gave in.
vanilla custard: multiple preparations
pot de creme / frozen / lollipop / parfait / pearls
