i found these babies growing in my backyard. jen planted them, i enjoy the fruits of her labor.
so i'm confused. it smells like rosemary. it looks like rosemary. but its lavender. i guess all thats left to do is to taste it.
either way, its very pretty.

I try chocolat with lavender, baked potatoes with lavender, and lavender tea, and all taste so good...do you use this herb in your recipes?
that is the spanish lavender, and it is kind of "rosemaryish"... that one is pretty nice, but the lady lavender seems to have a better flavor, also it seems softer to the touch... have fun with my plants!
